ORDER PROCESSING 

Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days of ordering (on average). Shipping times are additional.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We use a range of 'Live' Shipping Rates from major carriers worldwide to ensure a variety of shipping options for our customers, providing the best times and rates available.

Tip: Save on shipping by purchasing multiple items at the same time or combine your order with a friend's order! Please note, some items will not ship together (i.e. caps do not ship with t-shirts).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries.

International shipments may incur customs fees/duties (e.g. Canada). For each country, the customs policy is different, with the fee usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value and size. Customs fees/duties are the customer's responsibility.

Tip: Depending on your country, we have a shipping option that includes Duty. In most cases it may be cheaper to use this shipping option in the first instance rather than pay the fees/duty later.

TRACKING

Once your order has been fulfilled, you can track it here using the tracking number we sent you. 

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address; however, it will be at your cost.
