To submit a claim for a return or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
Our policy lasts 7 days from receipt of merchandise. If 7 days have gone by since you received the merchandise, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.2 - DAMAGED ITEMS
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please contact us and we'll replace it.3 - WRONG SIZE
If you think you’ve received the wrong size, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
If you'd like a different size, please contact us and we'll let you know what your next steps are. Size exchanges are offered at our discretion and may or may not incur a cost.4 - SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless damaged.5 - CHANGED YOUR MIND
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.6 - REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.7 - SHIPPING RETURNS
You are responsible for all freight and shipping costs for the return of your item(s) where the reason for return is not the result of Seller error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In some circumstances, we may also refund the cost of shipping.
If shipping an item or items over $75.00, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
