The Noble™ brand began taking shape in early 2017. In September of that year, we launched the first iteration of our online store along with the first few products. The brand's concept is about displaying vividly a message that acts as a challenge for each and every one of our customers, something to aspire to, that will enrich their lives and the lives of those around them.
Our branding also includes a stylized ‘fleur-de-lis’ depicting a stylized lily or lotus flower. The name ‘fleur-de-lis’ directly translates to ‘flower of the lily.’ It is most commonly associated with nobility/royalty and can be seen featured in many coat of arms, in architecture and also in the logos of many military organizations, sports teams, universities and of course, scouts.
The symbol itself has many meanings and its origins are difficult to track, however, traditionally, it has been used to represent French royalty and is said to signify perfection, light, and life.
One story, regarding the ‘fleur-de-lis,’ tells of an angel presenting a golden lily to Clovis (the Merovingian king of the Franks) as a symbol of his purification upon his conversion to Christianity. Others claim that Clovis adopted the symbol when waterlilies showed him how to safely cross a river and thus succeed in battle.
